I was impressed with Michaels professionalism from the first time he reached out to me regarding selling one of our assets. Since we were not actively marketing the asset I was a little skeptical as more often than not brokers are fishing for deals to shop. This was not the case with Michael. He presented a potential buyer immediately who was interested in the asset and he was open and honest regarding the groups track record and their ethics in conducting business, and this turned out to be true all the way until closing.
